ALTONINTL Group’s New Galvanizing Production Line to Be Completed & Put into Operation in June 2026

Recently, it is learned from the production and construction department of ALTONINTL Group that the construction of the company's new continuous hot-dip galvanizing production line is progressing steadily, and is expected to be officially completed and put into operation in June 2026.
This production line focuses on the production of conventional galvanized and aluzinc metal coils, mainly producing cost-effective and stable anti-corrosion steel products. It can manufacture galvanized coils (GI) and aluzinc coils (GL) with a thickness of 0.3-3.0mm and a width of 800-1500mm, with a designed annual capacity of 300,000 tons. Adopting mature and stable production technology, equipped with automated production and quality inspection equipment, the production line can effectively ensure that core indicators such as product thickness, coating uniformity and adhesion meet standards, meeting the practical production needs of construction, metal tiles, profiles, home appliances and other downstream industries.
After the new production line is put into operation, it will further improve the product layout of ALTONINTL Group in the field of metal coils, fill the existing capacity gap, improve order delivery efficiency, provide more stable and high-quality galvanized and aluzinc coil supply services for customers at home and abroad, and strengthen the Group's comprehensive supply capacity in the field of metal building materials.
At present, the installation of main equipment of the project has entered the final stage, and equipment debugging, trial production and other work will be carried out subsequently to ensure timely production and stable supply.
