Product Definition
Textured Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil, also known as textured color steel coil, wrinkle prepainted steel coil, takes hot-dip galvanized, galvalume alloy steel sheet as the base material. After surface pretreatment, primer coating and baking, it uses special topcoat with functional additives processed by continuous roll coating process. After high-temperature baking and curing, it forms uniform three-dimensional mesh or suede texture on the coating surface. As a high-end modified prepainted coil product, it combines excellent decorativeness and practicality.
Production Process
Taking galvanized/galvalume steel coil as the base material, firstly conduct surface pretreatment such as degreasing and passivation to improve coating adhesion; then roll coat primer and dry for curing, and then apply special textured topcoat. By precisely controlling baking temperature and curing speed, differentiated shrinkage is formed between the surface and inner layer of the topcoat, finally forming regular three-dimensional mesh texture. The whole process is automated, and the size, depth and density of the texture can be customized as required.
