Production Process of Printed Pattern PPGI Coil
1. Raw Material Uncoiling & Leveling
High-quality galvanized / galvalume steel coil is used as substrate. It is uncoiled and leveled with high-precision leveling machine to ensure flat and smooth steel strip.
2. Surface Pre-Treatment
The steel strip goes through degreasing, washing, passivation and drying to remove oil and impurities, forming a protective layer for strong coating adhesion.
3. Primer Coating & Curing
High-precision roller coating equipment applies primer evenly. The strip goes through high-temperature curing for better anti-corrosion and adhesion.
4. Topcoat Printing & Forming (Core Process)
Custom patterns (wood grain, stone, check, camouflage, etc.) are printed on topcoat with clear, stable and realistic effect.
5. High-Temperature Curing & Setting
After printing, the coil goes through high-temperature curing to ensure color fastness, no fading and strong weather resistance.
6. Surface Film Lamination Protection
A transparent protective film is laminated automatically to prevent scratches and keep surface beautiful.
7. Final Leveling & Coiling
The finished coil is leveled and coiled neatly with precise size and flat end for easy processing and delivery.
8. Full Inspection & Packaging
Thickness, color difference, adhesion, corrosion resistance and pattern clarity are fully inspected. Qualified coils are packaged for delivery.
