55% Aluzinc Coil (GL) is produced with high-quality cold-rolled steel as substrate, coated with 55% Aluminum, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon alloy by continuous hot-dip process. It combines the corrosion resistance & heat resistance of aluminum and cathodic protection of zinc. With dense coating, strong adhesion, bright and beautiful surface, it features extra-long service life, excellent formability, heat resistance, weather resistance and painting performance. It is widely used in building roof & wall panels, home appliances, automobiles, ventilation ducts, outdoor steel structures, livestock equipment, high-end metal products and other fields, serving as a high-performance and eco-friendly material replacing regular galvanized steel.
